Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the StandardX product page, facilitated by StandardX and powered by GALA. StandardX Nodes are designed to support StandardX, an intent agent hosting platform to optimize transaction on Standard. By engaging with StandardX, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service (ToS) alongside our Privacy Policy. These ToS constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and the StandardX platform. Should you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.

Note on Sales Process

Please note, that while this page is hosted on the StandardX website for informational purposes, all sales transactions for StandardX will be conducted on the LFG.Inc website. This setup ensures a streamlined purchase process and allows us to direct you to the appropriate platform for acquiring a StandardX. Node license buyers will not be able to trade their license for 180 days after they purchase.

Public Sale and Progressive Pricing

The public sale kicks off with: 

• The first 5000 nodes are priced at $100 per node. 

• 5001 to 6000 nodes are priced at $200 per node.

• 6001 to 7000 nodes are priced at $400 per node.

• 7001 to 8000 nodes are priced at $600 per node.

• 8001 to 9000 nodes are priced at $800 per node.

• 9001 to 10.000 nodes are priced at $1000 per node.

Starting 10.001 nodes are $1500 per node and the price raises $500 per node for every 1000 nodes sold. This pattern continues further until it reaches the maximum price per node at $6000.

Intellectual Property Rights

All rights related to StandardX, including trademarks, content, and proprietary technologies, are owned by the StandardX platform or its licensors, and protected under intellectual property laws. You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to engage with our services according to these ToS.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these TOS at any point without prior notice. Any amendments become effective immediately upon posting on the StandardX website. Your continued engagement with StandardX post-modification signifies acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These ToS are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LFG.Inc operates. All disputes related to these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in line with the legal norms of said jurisdiction.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the StandardX platform, its affiliates, and its officers from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of StandardX, your breach of these ToS, or any infringement of third-party rights.
